Islamabad (Daily Pakistan Online) Capital Development Authority (CDA) has auctioned the most expensive plot in the history of Islamabad for 8 billion 54 crore rupees. It is a commercial plot located in the commercial center Blue Area.
Chairman CDA said in a tweet that a total of four plots have been auctioned which were sold for 11 billion 95 crore rupees, among them the most expensive plot was auctioned for 8 billion 54 crore rupees.
Of the three more plots auctioned, two are located in the heart of Sector I-14 and one plot in Sector I-8. According to the website Urdu News, CDA has proposed the auction of commercial and residential plots in Islamabad to meet the financial needs of the department, under which more than 50 plots are to be auctioned.
