Karachi (Daily Pakistan Online) Karachi Electric Supply Company has submitted a request to Nepra to increase the price of electricity by 1 rupee 66 paise per unit.
According to the details, the request has been made in the context of the February fuel price adjustment, Nepra will hear the request on March 30, if the request is approved, consumers will be charged Rs. 2 billion.
It should be noted that even earlier on March 10, Nepra had increased the price of electricity for Karachi by one rupee 71 paise per unit.
