Indoor dining closed in Karachi and Hyderabad from today


Indoor dining has been banned in Sindh’s major cities Karachi and Hyderabad from today after the number of positive cases in the fifth wave of the global epidemic Corona increased.

The Sindh Home Department has also issued an amendment notification to ban indoor dining.

According to the notification issued by the Sindh government, indoor events in Karachi and Hyderabad have been banned till February 15, while 300 vaccinated people will be allowed to participate in the outdoor events.

On the other hand, new corona papandis have also been implemented in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under which indoor dining, indoor weddings and other celebrations will be banned from January 24 to February 15.

In the last 24 hours, 23 more people have died from corona in the country while 7678 new cases have also been reported.

In addition, the university campus in Punjab has been sealed after 20 corona cases were reported in a private university in Islamabad.
