Free supply of flour started in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under Ramadan package

Islamabad: Free supply of flour has started in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Islamabad under the Ramadan package.

On the instructions of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the implementation of the special Ramadan package has started, under which free flour will be provided to poor families.

From 25th of Sha’ban to 25th of Ramadan, every poor family will get 3 bags of flour. The Prime Minister has also directed other provincial governments to provide free flour to the poor people.

Deputy Commissioner Islamabad Irfan Nawaz Memon says that every registered user will get one bag of 10 kg flour for the first time and 2 bags after 7 days. 3 bags of flour will be provided for the whole month.

Deputy Commissioner Islamabad further said that there will be no compromise on the quality of free flour and distribution of free flour will be ensured in a transparent manner.
