Daily use of multivitamins is not beneficial for health.

This was revealed in a medical study in America.

A study by the US Preventive Services Task Force said that for most people, it is better to just drink water instead of swallowing multivitamin pills with water.

According to research, this will save money while avoiding misleading marketing schemes.

Research has found that taking daily multivitamins does not have any significant health benefits.

The study analyzed 84 research reports on more than 700,000 people and found no evidence that vitamin and mineral supplements help prevent life-threatening diseases such as cancer, heart attack and stroke.

Similarly, these supplements do not help prevent early death.

Using daily supplements may be beneficial for people with digestive problems, the researchers said.

Likewise, daily vitamin D supplementation may be beneficial for individuals with limited exposure to sunlight, but should be consulted with a physician.

The researchers said that although multivitamins are neither beneficial nor harmful, people are better off spending their money on healthier foods.

The results of this study were published in the Journal of the American Medical Association.
