Overconsumption of Western-style foods can lead to painful liver disease.
This was revealed in a new medical study in the United States.
Fatty liver disease is a chronic condition that affects millions of people worldwide.
A study by the University of Missouri School of Medicine found a link between consumption of Western foods (fast or junk food) rich in fat and sugar and liver cancer.
Research has shown that such foods play an important role in making victims of liver diseases.

The study found that when mice were fed a diet high in fat and sugar, it increased the number of bacteria in the animals’ stomachs that cause inflammation in the liver.
As a result, these mice became victims of fatty liver disease.
The same thing happens in humans, the researchers said.
He said that research has clarified how our stomach plays a role in liver diseases.
He said that fatty liver disease is a global medical epidemic that increases the risk of liver cancer and other diseases.
