Another thirteen million dollar shortfall in foreign exchange reserves


Islamabad: During the last one week in the country, the foreign exchange reserves of the State Bank of Pakistan have decreased by another thirteen and forty million dollars to the level of seven billion 82 million and 57 million dollars.

According to State Bank of Pakistan statistics, the country has total foreign exchange reserves of 13.64 billion 50 million dollars in the recent week.

The State Bank of Pakistan had a total of 7 billion 82 billion 57 million dollars while other banks had a total of 5 billion 81 billion 93 million dollars in foreign exchange.

Statistics show that during this week, the foreign exchange reserves of the State Bank of Pakistan have decreased by thirteen million and four million dollars.
