Delhi: The International Cricket Council (ICC) Cricket World Cup 2023 is likely to be held between Pakistan and India in Ahmedabad.

According to Indian media, the World Cup match is likely to be hosted at Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium, Narendra Modi Stadium is the largest cricket stadium in terms of spectator capacity, the stadium has a capacity of more than one lakh spectators.

The ICC Cricket World Cup is scheduled in October, November, while the schedule and venues of the World Cup are expected to be announced soon.

According to Indian media, 7 venues have been finalized for India’s league matches, 2 matches will be held in Ahmedabad, if all matters remain under control, the World Cup will start from October 5. Venues in Nagpur, Bangalore, Guwahati, Hyderabad and Kolkata have been shortlisted.

According to the Indian media, Mumbai, Delhi, Lucknow, Rajkot, Indore and Dharamshala are also among the venues, but due to security reasons, Pakistan’s matches are likely to be held in Chennai and Bengaluru.

According to the Indian media, it is planned to play on a slow track for the Indian team for home advantage, it is planned to play the matches against Australia, England, New Zealand and South Africa on slow pitches.
