Lahore (Daily Pakistan Online) Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Rameez Raja has said that the services of senior players are definitely there but they are not the future of Pakistan, therefore their categories have been reduced.
Talking on the occasion of drafting the seventh edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL), Rameez Raja said that the services of senior players are definitely needed but now the youth are being given a chance to become the future of Pakistan. Decline is not the future of Pakistan.
Rameez Raja said that if the result is good without coaches, then it means that it can be played without coaches. Bring Matthew Hayden and other coaches under contract. Now the coaches will be brought to the National High Performance Center, trying to train the best coaches U-19 and U-16.
Keep in mind that many senior players have been demoted for PSL 7, including Kamran Akmal. Peshawar Zalmi’s team had selected him in the silver category, on which the wicket-keeper-batsman announced his withdrawal from the PSL.
