Liaquat Ali Khan says that wheat has reached 4 thousand rupees per maund in the open market, if wheat becomes cheaper, milled flour will also be cheaper.
On the other hand, cheap flour is also not available in the open market and a bag of 20 kg flour is missing from the market.
