The Pentagon stated that it will not take any action against any U.S. military or official involved in the Kabul drone attack.

Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said that Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin received a report of the Kabul-Kabul drone attack, but did not ask for accountability.

John Kirby said that what happened was lack of execution, not negligence, poor management and poor leadership. The Minister of Defense approved the recommendations made in the report of the Kabul attack. Don’t give instructions.
