The World Health Organization (WHO) says Corona’s Omi Cron variant is no more dangerous than the Delta variant from India.
Experts say that according to the preliminary assessment, Omi Crown is not a cause of serious illness compared to Delta and the current vaccine against Omi Crown is not likely to fail.
However, experts also say that this is a very preliminary review of Omi Kron, so we need to be very careful.
Michael Ryan, the World Health Organization’s second-in-command, said it was unlikely that the corona vaccines would have any effect on the Omi Crown, but that the most effective weapon against all Corona variants would be the vaccine.
He said that Omi Crown has so far spread in dozens of countries, it is true that it spreads very fast but it is not surprising that any new variant spreads like this.
