The London High Court ruled that the U.S. extradite the founder of WikiLeaks

The London High Court has ruled in favor of the United States on the extradition of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.

The United States has charged Julian Assange with conspiracy to commit crimes, hacking into government computers, espionage, and violations of the law.

The United States challenged the ruling of the British District Court not to extradite Julian Assange.

In 2010, Julian Assange leaked 5,000 U.S. military files online through WikiLeaks, detailing the U.S. military operations in Afghanistan and Iraq.

If extradited to the United States, Julian Assange could face up to 175 years in prison.
