The federation sought more time from the Supreme Court to file a reply


In the Army Public School tragedy case, the federal government has asked the Supreme Court for three weeks to file a reply.

In the Supreme Court, the federal government has asked for time to file reply to the court order in the Army Public School tragedy case, saying that the martyrs of APS Peshawar tragedy died on December 16. The committee comprises of Shirin Mazari, Omar Ayub, Fehmida Mirza and Sahibzada Mehboob Sultan while the Attorney General, Additional Secretaries of Defense and Home Affairs will be present on special invitation.

The petition said that the Prime Minister has constituted a committee to meet the parents of the martyrs.

It is to be noted that the reply signed by the Prime Minister was sought by the court in 4 weeks and the time given by the court expires on December 10.
