The accused escaped from the custody of the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) in Karachi.
CTD officials said that the CTD investigation of the accused Shiraz had revealed the arrest in the morning. The accused was the main accused in the murder of Shiraz police officer Hamza.
According to the authorities, the accused was handcuffed in both hands.
According to officials, a case is being registered against the negligent CTD official.
