Nepal has qualified for the Asia Cup and has been placed in a group with Pakistan and India.
Nepal defeated UAE by 7 wickets in the final of the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) Premier Cup.
Teams of Pakistan, Nepal and India have joined Group A in the Asia Cup.
Group B includes teams from Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Afghanistan. Nepal has qualified for the Asia Cup for the first time in history.
It should be noted that Pakistan is to host the Asia Cup of ODI format in September this year, but India has refused to send its team to Pakistan for the event.
