Saudi Arabia has introduced the first locally produced electric vehicle brand ‘Ceer’

The Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman, introduced the Islamic Kingdom’s first brand of electric vehicles, ‘Ceer’.

According to foreign media, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman, announced the first electric vehicle brand of Saudi Arabia, ‘ceer’, saying that this is a new brand that will make a significant contribution to the automotive manufacturing sector of Saudi Arabia.

The Saudi Crown Prince also said in this regard that the brand is being brought under the Public Investment Fund to bring forward the potential of the people involved in this sector and also towards economic development.

Mohammed bin Salman said that the manufacturing company will contribute to Saudi Arabia’s efforts to reduce carbon emissions and drive sustainability to combat the effects of climate change.

He added that we are not just building a new automotive brand but a new industrialization that will attract local and international investors as well as create employment opportunities.

According to foreign media, the design and manufacturing of the ‘ceer’ brand will be done in Saudi Arabia and these vehicles will be available in the market by 2025.
