Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met King Charles Swim of Great Britain and Prime Minister Rishi Sonak.
The Prime Minister met on the occasion of the meeting of the leaders of the Commonwealth of Nations. Shahbaz Sharif congratulated the British King on the wonderful arrangements of the coronation ceremonies. He appreciated and thanked Britain for its help in the disastrous floods in Pakistan.
The Prime Minister said that both countries need to increase bilateral relations in various fields.
Shahbaz Sharif proposed the establishment of a joint commission to increase relations and said that the joint commission should be headed by the heads of both countries.
According to the statement, the King of Great Britain and the Prime Minister expressed their interest in further strengthening bilateral relations and praised the Pakistani community living in Britain for the role of the Pakistani community in the development of Great Britain.
