Karachi (Daily Pakistan Online): MPA Jam Owais and other accused in the murder case of Nazim Jokhio of Karachi were produced in the court.

Plaintiff’s lawyers objected that the accused named in the murder case has been produced before the court without any handcuffs, police officials said that the accused has been given B class in jail, there is no such law that B class accused To be handcuffed Plaintiffs’ attorneys said only children and women were exempt from handcuffs.

The investigating officer presented an interim challan in the court. According to the investigating officer, the post-mortem report of Nazim Jokhio has not been received yet. The court sought arguments from the parties’ lawyers on the police challan.

It is to be noted that Nazim Jokhio had allegedly viralized a video of influential people blocking the Karachi road and playing hunting on social media, after which Nazim Jokhio mysteriously went missing. His tortured body was found.

Meanwhile, the bail application of the accused in the Nazim Jokhio murder case was adjourned without any action due to the leave of the judge. The court will hear the bail application of the accused on January 8.
