Iran has asked Pakistan to complete a part of the Iran-Pakistan (IP) gas line project on its soil by 2024 or face fines.
According to a senior official of the Ministry of Energy, the delegation of Pakistani officials who visited Tehran was also informed about this three weeks ago.
Iran demands that Pakistan construct a part of the IP gas line project on its territory by March 2024. If Pakistan fails to construct the gas line project, a fine of 18 billion dollars will be imposed.
