The 100 Index remained in the band of 476 points in the trading day, the highest level of 100 Index today was 44594 and the lowest level was 44118.

Today was a negative day for investment in the Pakistan Stock Exchange and the 100 Index lost 162 points to close at 44,177.

During the trading day, the 100 Index remained in the band of 476 points.

A total of 223 million shares worth Rs 8.68 billion were traded in the market today.

Market capitalization decreased by Rs. 17 billion to Rs. 7562 billion.
