The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has lodged a complaint with the Election Commission (EC) over the issuance of incomplete Form 45 in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) local body elections.

The PPP complaint said that only one page of Form 45 of 22 polling stations was issued for the seat of Mayor Peshawar while results of PTI candidate were not given in Form 45 of 22 polling stations.

PPP says that there are reports that incomplete Form 45 has been issued for the benefit of PTI candidates.

The complaint further said that the Election Staff should be directed to issue complete Form 45 immediately.

It is to be noted that according to the unconfirmed and unofficial results of the mayoral seats of four cities so far, the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam in Peshawar City Council, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) candidates in Bannu have won while the Awami National Party in Mardan and the Independent candidate in Kohat. The seat is dominated.
