The volunteers of the associationvisitor Center from Labastide-Murat shared their best recipes in a brand new illustrated booklet that you can find at the Causse de Labastide-Murat Tourist Office.
Ratafia mique pescajoune
Ratafia, mique, pescajoune, dandelion liqueur… so many recipes that you can easily make and with ingredients accessible to all. The illustrations were produced by Maryse Bill, based in Lauzès.
A signing session is scheduled for mardi 21 December from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the tourist office.
The booklet is on sale for € 10 (sending possible), at the Tourist Office in Labastide-Murat (Cœur-de-Causse) (Opening hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday until 4 p.m.).
