Lahore (Daily Pakistan Online) Under Jamaat-e-Islami, the Sindh government’s local government law, against the occupation of civic institutions and for the solution of the problems of 35 million people of Karachi and for the legitimacy of the law on Sunday at MA Jinnah Road to Mazar-e-Quaid. The Tibet Center organized ‘Karachi Rescue March’ which was attended by people from different walks of life and minorities. Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Siraj-ul-Haq, Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman, Dr Osama Razi and Abdul Razzaq Khan also addressed the rescue march.
Siraj-ul-Haq said that Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan is with the people of Karachi and their rights are behind them in the Karachi movement. In the same way, this struggle of the people of Karachi will surely get the rights of the people of Karachi and no one will be able to rob them of their rights. Those who looted this city and deprived the people of their basic rights The message is that Jamaat-e-Islami is behind the people of Karachi. If they are not given their due and demands are not met then we will fight the case of Karachi from Karachi to Chitral.
He said that on the Karachi Rescue March, I congratulate the people of Karachi, Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman, his team and workers, Karachi is the mother of the whole country, if this city is strong and strong then the whole country will be strong The previous governments and the three ruling parties including PPP, PML-N and PTI have sucked the blood of Karachi and all the governments have been involved in this crime. The people of Karachi are fighting a legitimate and legal and constitutional struggle. Tea, their rights should not be lost, their team and workers under the leadership of Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman are fighting for the rights of the people of Karachi, this people’s struggle will surely succeed.
Siraj-ul-Haq said that Jamaat-e-Islami has the potential to make not only Karachi but the whole country a prosperous and Islamic country. He said that it is a pity that the people of Karachi did nothing for the parties which voted for them, created their own bank balance and increased their business. PPP has been ruling for 14 years now. Children are dying of hunger, this party and its government did not do justice to the people, their sugar mills and business increased, the people of Karachi and inner Sindh got nothing, the people of Karachi pay 95% tax to Sindh If so, then why this city is not given their right?
He said that Sindh government has not done anything for the inner cities of Sindh including Larkana, Sukkur and Shikarpur and is also destroying Karachi. What is the benefit of? The Sindh government look at the powers and performance of the mayor of London, Istanbul, Cairo and the situation in these cities, how will the problems be solved when the city of Karachi does not have powers and all powers are with the chief minister. The Chief Minister of Sindh should answer that when he says we are in the majority then why he bulldozes the democratic opinion and thinking through it? Why he is not ready to give financial, administrative and political powers to the local bodies. Only the leadership of Jamaat-e-Islami can get the people of Karachi out of their problems.
