ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prices of most essential commodities have gone up in a week, with inflation rising to 19 percent this week.
According to the statistics agency, prices of 17 items have gone up this week, the price of electricity has gone up by 7 paise per unit, the price of pulses has gone up by 7 rupees 98 paise per kg and the price of hot spices has gone up by 20 paise per kg. Rs 3 17 paise increased. The per capita price of wood increased by Rs. 7 12 paise.
Prices of 15 items also declined this week, with potatoes falling by Rs8.74 per kg and broiler chickens by Rs12.39 per kg. The price of tomato per kg remained stable at Rs 10 77 paise, fresh milk, yoghurt, cooking oil and 19 other items.
