In the open market, the dollar fell below Rs 180

Karachi: Due to limited demand in the import sector, the value of the dollar stabilized in the interbank market after minor fluctuations and fell below Rs 180 in the open market.

At the beginning of trading in the interbank market, the value of the dollar had crossed Rs 178. However, at the end of trading, the interbank rate of the dollar closed unchanged at Rs 177.98.

Similarly, the dollar lost 60 paise to close at Rs 179.90 in the open currency market.
