Lahore (Daily Pakistan Online) Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan has decided to challenge the Islamabad Sessions Court’s order to uphold the non-bailable arrest warrant in the Tosha Khana case.
According to private TV Dunya News, former Prime Minister Imran Khan will file an application in the Islamabad High Court through his lawyer Khawaja Haris, in which there is a possibility of filing an application to transfer the Tosha Khana Criminal Code case to another judge.
It should be noted that Judge Zafar Iqbal of the District and Sessions Court of Islamabad, while pronouncing the decision on the request to cancel the non-bailable arrest warrant in the Tosha Khana case, upheld the order to arrest Imran Khan and present him in court on March 18. .
