For the traditional tree of Christmas from the community d’Escoussans, near Cadillac (Gironde), the municipality and the festival committee invited the Santa Claus. The man in red arrived behind the wheel of his tractor. Normal for a town located in the heart of the vineyards. He then distributed gifts to all the children of the village who came for the occasion in accordance with the sanitary instructions.
Outdoor gift distribution
The event took place outdoors. Usually, the appointment is fixed at the village hall. But this time, the sanitary conditions did not allow to meet under the same roof.
However, around twenty children from the town got into the trailer to receive their gifts from Santa Claus.
And despite the health crisis, the magic still operates!
