Dollar flies in both foreign exchange markets

Karachi: Due to sustained demand from the import sector, the dollar continued to fly in both the foreign exchange markets on Monday, pushing the value of the dollar to a new all-time high in both the markets.

In the interbank market, the dollar had crossed Rs.

Similarly, in the open currency market, the value of the dollar crossed Rs 180 and the value of the dollar rose by 60 paise to close at Rs 180.50.
