This year, three people have died due to dengue in Islamabad.

4 people died of dengue in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the number of patients affected by dengue virus continues to increase, during the last 24 hours, 105 new cases of dengue have been reported in the province and 4 people have died due to dengue in the province.

In Sindh, 113 people fell victim to dengue

According to the Sindh Health Department, 113 people have fallen victim to dengue virus in the province in 24 hours.

According to the spokesperson of Sindh Health Department, 107 people were reported in different districts of Karachi.

Maximum 38 cases were reported in Eastern District and 26 in Southern District, 21 in Central District, 10 in Malir District, 6 in Korangi and 3.3 cases in Kemari and Gharbi.

This month, 950 cases of dengue have been reported in the city and so far 2 deaths have also occurred.

Pakistan Medical Association has claimed that more than 30 people have died due to dengue in Karachi, yet no anti-dengue spraying is being done in any area of ​​the city.

106 new dengue patients reported in Punjab

During the last 24 hours, 106 new dengue patients were reported in Punjab, of which 43 are from Rawalpindi, 30 from Lahore, 9 from Gujranwala and 6 from Multan. During this year, 2 thousand 278 dengue patients have been reported in the province.

According to Secretary Health Punjab, three cases of dengue were reported from Nankana Sahib and Pakpattan, two from Kasur and Wahari and one each from Faisalabad, Attock, Gujarat, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Chakwal, Lodhran and Jhang in the last 24 hours. Currently 588 dengue patients are under treatment.

Dengue could not be controlled in Kech and Gwadar districts of Balochistan

In Balochistan, dengue situation is alarming in high risk districts of Kech and Gwadar, 74 more cases of dengue have been reported in both districts.

According to the report of the health department, the situation of dengue virus has not been controlled in the districts of Kech and Gwadar of Balochistan and cases are being reported daily. During one week, 74 more cases of dengue have been reported in Kech and Gwadar and this year. The total number of dengue cases has reached 2 thousand 974, including 2 thousand 629 dengue cases in Kutch and 345 cases in Gwadar.
