Tehran: Women demonstrating against the death of an Iranian girl in custody took off their hijabs in protest.

According to foreign media, there were strong protests against the death of 22-year-old Iranian girl Mehsa in the western city of Saqq in Kurdistan province of Iran.

The women participating in the demonstration took off the hijab from their heads while raising their voices against the law of forced hijab.

A video of a protest by Iranian citizens against the government has gone viral on social media, in which protesters can be seen pelting stones at the police and chanting slogans of ‘death to dictator’. .

22-year-old Mehsa Amini was tortured by the police for not wearing a hijab in Iran, after which she lost her life during treatment after she went into a coma.

According to Al-Arabiya News, Mahsa Amini was brought to the hospital with serious injuries. When he was brought to the hospital, he was completely unconscious.
