In the local barter markets of the country, the price of gold has decreased by Rs. 250 per tola.
Gold prices fell by 250 17 an ounce to 17 1,768 an ounce in the international bullion market, while gold prices fell by Rs250 and Rs214 per tola and per 10 grams, respectively, in the local barter markets on Wednesday.
In Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Multan, Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta barter markets the price of gold per tola has been reduced to Rs. 1,696.
On the other hand, the price of silver per tola remained unchanged at Rs. 1,460 and the price of 10 grams of silver remained unchanged at Rs. 1,251.
