Addiction to cocaine causes several health harms and now another harm has been revealed by doctors.
According to doctors, the nose of a person who uses cocaine can be irreparably damaged.
According to the British National Health Service (NHS), there has been an increase in the number of people whose noses have been irreversibly damaged by the use of cocaine.
Doctors said that people who do cocaine may also lose their nose.
The number of people suffering from ear, nose and throat diseases due to cocaine use has tripled in recent years, the NHS said.
Experts said that many harmful ingredients are added to cocaine and when this drug is used through the nose, the blood vessels constrict.
They said that by doing this, the nose gradually starts to get damaged internally.
According to experts, cocaine users seem to seek medical help only when the problem becomes too severe.
