Toronto: Thousands of Sikhs announced their decision in the referendum for Khalistan in Toronto, Canada.
According to international media reports, there is a five kilometer long queue of participants to join and vote in the Khalistan referendum in Toronto. The local government of Brampton is providing security for the participants.
Brampton’s Central Highway was closed due to the rush of people to vote. According to the report, more than 40,000 voters have cast their votes since the start of voting.

The participants in the referendum raised loud slogans against India and for the separation of Khalistan from India and demanded the United Nations to play a role in bringing independence.
