Brave 20-year-old British girl wins unique case


In the UK, a 20-year-old girl has won a unique lawsuit against her mother’s doctor over her birth.

Evie Tombs, a 20-year-old Lancashire sufferer with congenital spinal cord injury SPINA BIFIDA, has filed a lawsuit against her mother’s doctor, who advised her mother not to use the drug during pregnancy. It could have saved Evie from a physical disability after the birth.
