Votes will be recounted for the mayoral seat of Bannu City Council in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the Returning Officer’s statement, the recount will be held at 9:00 am in the office of the Assistant Commissioner.
The statement said that the votes of 286 polling stations of Bannu mayor will be recounted.
According to unconfirmed results, Irfanullah Durrani of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) won the mayoral seat with 59,844 votes.
According to unconfirmed results, Iqbal Jadoon of PTI came second in the mayoral seat with 43398 votes.
