Quetta: In Balochistan, it was announced to resume train operations after restoring the railway track damaged due to monsoon rains and floods.
Balochistan going to other provinces were suffering due to the closure of railway tracks and non-operation of rail services, but now the railway department has announced to start the train service which was closed on August 21 from November 20.
According to railway sources, the first train will depart from Much Balochistan to Peshawar and from Peshawar to Mutch on November 20.
Railways has started ticket booking for Jafar Express from November 20. It should be noted that Balochistan was cut off from other provinces by rail three months before the disastrous monsoon rains.
