A shameful incident of indifference of humanity has taken place in Kohlu district of Balochistan in which a father sold his 20-day-old daughter for Rs. 200,000.
According to Levies officials, Hani Bibi, a resident of Kohlu district, filed a petition alleging that her husband Matha Khan had snatched her 20-day-old daughter Noor Bano and sold her to a man, Zaman Khan, for Rs 200,000.
At the request of the woman, Levies conducted an operation in Kohlu area of Kohlu and arrested the accused Zaman Khan and the accused who were selling the daughter and rescued the girl.
Levies authorities handed over the girl to her mother and registered a case and started investigation into the incident.
