National all-rounder Shadab Khan released his first statement on Twitter after suffering an injury.
Yesterday, Shadab Khan suffered an injury in his debut match for Sussex in the T20 Blast in England.
Shadab collided with fellow fielder Nathan McAndrew while trying to take a catch against Somerset, both fielders trying to take a high catch from Tom Koehler Cadmore.
The match was stopped for 10 minutes due to the collision of the fielders, the medical staff of Sussex stood up the players on the ground after completing the concussion protocols, Nathan McAndrew completed his four overs while Shadab Khan due to the protocol. They left the ground.
Now the Pakistani cricketer has informed the fans about his injury.
Shadab wrote in a message on Twitter, ‘Alhamdulillah I am better and feeling good, my connection tests have been done’.
The all-rounder further wrote ‘As a precaution I will rest for a few days, thanks for all your prayers and support.’
