A patient infected with Corona’s variant Omi Kroon, who escaped from quarantine, was caught in Karachi.
When the victim contacted for a passport, the health department officials reached out to him after finding out his address and arrested him.
The man from the UK had an Omi Crown variant confirmed and the patient had escaped quarantine at a private hotel.
His house in Kharadar was also locked. After re-arrest, the patient has been quarantined at Sindh Government Qatar Hospital, Orangi Town. Samples have been taken for re-examination of the patient.
It may be recalled that 38 people affected by Corona had earlier escaped from the quarantine of a private hotel.
