Patna: In India, policemen beat a cycling teacher badly with sticks, a video of which went viral on social media.
According to Indian media, this video is from the state of Bihar and the two police officers who are beating the elderly citizen have been identified as 70-year-old Noel Kishore.
Noel Kishore has been involved in teaching for 40 years and was on his way home on his bicycle after teaching children on the day of the incident.
Due to his old age, he was not able to ride the bicycle at full speed and the road was narrow due to which the traffic behind his bicycle started moving slowly.
During this time, a police mobile also came and started honking repeatedly to get out quickly. The noise of the traffic and then the teacher could hear even less, he did not stop at the side.
The policemen got angry at this and got out of the car and started torturing the elderly citizen.
