Who killed 65 year old man in Saddar area of Karachi? The woman living in the flat? Or someone else? Murder became a mystery.
Police blamed the woman for the murder in the FIR and threw the burden of interrogation off her head and wrote, “According to the evidence, the woman found in the flat is the killer.”
According to police, the victim and the accused are not married. The victim has 4 sons and 4 daughters from his wife.
On the other hand, a woman who repeatedly changes her statement sometimes says that she committed the murder, sometimes she says that she does not know who killed her.
According to the woman, the victim was addicted to drugs when she was asked how she was killed. So no one could answer.
Police said the woman had blood stains on her hands and clothes at the time of her arrest. The body parts were scattered. A murder weapon, a knife, a hammer and other items were recovered from the flat, of which the woman said she had no knowledge.
On the other hand, a son of the victim has also come to light who has claimed that the woman and the victim were husband and wife who had been living together for the last 6-7 years.
“The victim was a doctor and my husband was not a brother-in-law,” she told Geo News. The woman made her first statement while intoxicated, after which the police will formally take her statement again.
Investigations are underway into various aspects of the incident.
