The Sindh Health Department says that the number of boys among the dead children affected by HIV is 207, and the number of girls among the children who died in four years is 117.
The provincial health department says that the number of children infected with HIV in Sindh has reached 2 thousand 865. During the last two months, 17 more children have been infected with HIV.
